Ogni anno a Pauli Arbarei si celebrano le seguenti feste religiose:
- San Vincenzo, 22 gennaio (patrono)
- Sant'Isidoro, 15 maggio
- Santa Monica, 27 agosto
- Sant'Agostino, 28 agosto
- San Giovanni Battista, 29 agosto
- i Riti della Settimana Santa
San Vincenzo è il patrono di Pauli Arbarei e il paese celebra il suo martirio e la sua morte ogni anno il 22 gennaio. La sera del 21 gennaio si tiene un grande falò (su fogadoni) con la legna donata dalla popolazione, e un rinfresco per i partecipanti. La mattina del 22 si celebra la messa preceduta dalla processione con il simulacro del santo trasportato dai buoi.
Sant'Isidoro è il santo protettore degli agricoltori e dei campi e si festeggia ogni anno il 15 maggio. La mattina la statua del santo viene portata in processione e durante la stessa gli agricoltori sfilano con i trattori addobati a festa. Dopo la processione si tiene la messa solenne nella chiesa di San Vincenzo.
Santa Monica, Sant'Agostino, San Giovanni Battista è la più grande e più importante festa di Pauli Arbarei che dura tre (a volte quattro) giorni. Nel pomeriggio del 27 e nelle mattine del 28 e del 29 agosto le statue dei santi Monica, Agostino e Giovanni Battista vengono portate rispettivamente in processione per le vie del paese seguite da cavalieri, gruppi di persone in costume tipico, membri della Confraternita Madonna del Rosario e suonatori di Launeddas. Durante il pomeriggio e tutte le sere si tengono altre manifestazioni: gare di macchine, mostre d'arte, spettacoli per bambini, concerti e esibizione di comici. Il 29 si può inoltre cenare con la carne di pecora offerta dai pastori in onore di San Giovanni.
Durante la Settimana Santa Pauli Arbarei celebra la morte e la resurrezione di Cristo.
Il Venerdì Santo la statua del Crocifisso veniva portata in processione per le vie del paese seguita da quella della Vergine Maria, vestita di nero, ma negli ultimi anni si è ripreso il tradizionale rito de s'iscravamentu ovvero il momento in cui Gesù viene schiodato dalla croce e portato in processione. La celebrazione ricorda la morte di Cristo e il lutto di sua madre.
La Domenica di Pasqua la statua della Vergine è vestita di bianco e viene portata in processione per le vie del paese da un gruppo di donne. Un altro corteo porta la statua del Cristo Risorto. Alla fine le due processioni si incontrano e le statue vengono riportate in parrocchia. Questa celebrazione è detta tradizionalmente s'Incontru perché la Vergine incontra Cristo, di nuovo in vita.

Every year in Pauli Arbarei several saints are celebrated:

Saint Vincent is the patron saint of Pauli Arbarei and the village celebrates his martyrdom and his death every year on the 22th of January. On the 21th of January, at night, a big fire (the traditional fogadoni) is ignited with the wood given by the ihabitants and people can have also something to drink and to eat. On the 22th in the morning, the statue of the saint is taken on procession across the streets of the village, over a float pulled by a couple of oxes. After the procession the Mass is held in the parish church.
Saint Isidore is the patron saint of the farmers and the fields and Pauli Arbarei celebrates him every 15th of May. In the morning the statue of the saint is taken on procession across the streets of the village followed by the farmers who parade with their tractors decorated with flowers. After the procession the Mass is held in the Church of Saint Vincent.
Saint Monica, Saint Augustine, Saint John the Baptist:
It's the biggest and most important celebration of Pauli Arbarei. It's a three (sometimes four) long day celebration. In the afternoon of the 27th and in the morning of the 28th and the 29th of August the statues of Saint Monica, Saint Augustine and Saint John the Baptist are respectively taken on procession across the streets of the village followed by horsemen, groups of people wearing typical dresses and jewels, members of the Confraternity Madonna del Rosario and musicians who play the launeddas. During the afternoon and every evening other events take place in the village: car races, art exhibitions, shows for children, concerts, performances of comedians. On the 29th August people can also have dinner eating sheep's meat offered by the sheperds in honor of Saint John.
During The Holy Week Pauli Arbarei celebrates the death and the resurrection of Christ.
On Good Friday the statue of the Crucifix was taken on procession across the streets of the village followed by the statue of the Virgin, wearing a black dress; but lately the ancient rite of s'iscravamentu has been restored: the statue of the dead Christ is detached from the cross and taken on procession across the streets of the village. The procession celebrates Christ's death and the grief of his Mother.
On Easter Sunday the statue of the Virgin wears a white dress and it's taken on procession across the streets of the village by a group of women. Another procession takes the statue of Cristo Risorto (risen again after three days) on procession across the streets of the village. In the end the two processions meet and the statues are brought back together to the parish church. This ceremony is named 'S'Incontru' (= the meeting) because the Virgin Mary meets her son, alive again after three days.
